— ABOUT OUTRIGGER
BUILT INSIDE AWORKING SITEWORK COMPANY.
We didn't build Outrigger from a business school case study. We built it from the back office of a civil sitework company in Georgia — where the paperwork was real, the deadlines were real, and the consequences of missing either one were real.
— THE ORIGIN
WE KNOW WHAT ALIEN WAIVER IS.
Outrigger started inside a civil sitework company running grading, utilities, and paving jobs across Georgia. The owner was great in the field. The office was a different story — invoices going out late, COIs missing, change orders written on scraps of paper, payroll done at midnight on Fridays.
We built the systems to fix it. Folder structure, billing email, job tracker, compliance calendar, field forms that actually got filled out. Once the office ran right, the jobs ran better — checks came in faster, subs stayed current, and the owner stopped losing sleep over paperwork.
That's the office we build for you.

— WHY WE'RE DIFFERENT
WE SPEAK CONTRACTOR.
We know the work
We've sat in the back office of a sitework company. We know what a lien waiver is, why a missing COI holds up a check, and how fast a handshake change order turns into a fight.
We don't sell software
We're not a platform or an app. We're a back-office crew. You text us what happens in the field, and we handle the paperwork.
We work in your tools
Google Drive or Dropbox. QuickBooks. Your email. No new software to learn, no logins to manage. We come to you.
We check every morning
Every weekday at 7 am, we check every due date, COI, and license on your account. Nothing lapses without a warning.
You approve, we send
Nothing goes out — no invoice, no change order, no payroll — until you say it's right. You stay in control.
We stay small on purpose
We don't take on more clients than we can serve well. When you text us, you hear back the same day.
— WHO WE WORK WITH
SMALL COMPANIES.SERIOUS WORK.
We work with small construction companies — usually 1 to 25 workers — run by owners who are great in the field and short on office help. Often it's the owner or a spouse doing the paperwork at night after a full day on the job. That's who we built this for.
— HOW WE WORK
THREE THINGS WE DON'T COMPROMISE ON.
ACCURACY FIRST
A wrong invoice or a misclassified employee costs more than a slow one. We check our work before it goes out.
SAME-DAY RESPONSE
If you text us about a job, a new hire, or a change order, you hear back the same business day. No exceptions.
YOUR APPROVAL, ALWAYS
We prepare. You approve. Nothing leaves our desk without your sign-off. You run the company — we just run the office.
